This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which VALVOLEX YAZILIM A.S.(“VALVOEX”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”)  collects, uses, maintains and discloses personal information collected from users (“User”, “You”) of our Games, Websites  and related Services offered by VALVOLEX. VALVOLEX respects the privacy concerns of all users of its Games, Websites and related Services. All our Games, Websites and related Services does not targeted to users under the age of 18. By using our Games, websites and related Services you are agree to abide by and bound up with this Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of your information and data in accordance with its terms. If you do not agree this Privacy Policy and/or you are under the age of 18, do not use all of our Games, Websites and related Services.

Policy About Children

All our Games, Websites and related Services does not targeted to users under the age of 18. The published age recommendations or classifications ( as like G, PG or PG-13, PEGI 3 etc.)  on Google Play page of our games or App Store page of our games refers only to the content in our games. Even though age recommendations or classifications of our games may declares that they are under the age of 18, it is clear that all of our games are made for people who are at least 18 years of age. So by using our Games, websites and related Services you represent that you are not under the age of 18. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed our Games, Websites and related Services and agreed to use these.

VALVOLEX does not knowingly collect or knowingly request personal information from the users under age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not send any information to us.
